The Jesuits built the Klementinum from 1556, one of the largest groups of buildings in Europe after Prague Castle. Today it houses the National Library.

Its Baroque library hall is painted and gilded from floor to ceiling, and its Astronomical Tower has measured Prague’s weather every day since 1775. Visit it in 3D ›
