Tapas
Small dishes to share at the bar: patatas bravas, pan con tomate, croquetas and anchovies.
In Barcelona you eat small: pa amb tomàquet, bread rubbed with tomato, oil and salt; patatas bravas with their spicy sauce; croquetas; anchovies from L’Escala.
The bars of the Barri Gòtic and around the Boqueria serve them at the counter, often with a glass of vermouth before lunch.
