Bateaux-mouches

The sightseeing boats that glide up and down the Seine, past Notre-Dame and under the bridges.

Play Paris Watch the tour

The first bateaux-mouches carried passengers along the Seine in the 19th century; today the name covers all the glass-roofed sightseeing boats that sail from the Eiffel Tower to beyond Notre-Dame and back.

From the water you see Paris from below its bridges, and at night the quays and monuments are lit up.
